Neo Tokyo

This is part of the work I did for the Artstation Challanege but unfortunately I wasn't able to finish. Anyways I'm planning to work a bit more on this world.
I got totally inspired by Zaha Hadid and decided to do an eco friendly solar punk Neo Tokyo.
